Gardner and Scardifield was established over 100 years ago in Lancing, West Sussex and we have now grown into a group of Builders Merchants, Electrical Wholesalers and DIY Suppliers throughout Sussex. Supplying materials to both trade and retail, we build long term customer relationships which benefit tradespeople and their customers while keeping a strong community focus.
This has led to steady growth over the decades, allowing us to invest in staff, to open new branches, and offer more services and products. Whilst we have grown, we still aim to provide the same level of service to all our customers.
We employ around 160 people in West Sussex, providing a supportive workplace where employees can learn and grow both personally and professionally.
This is shown by the many long serving employees we have across the business and the enthusiasm and knowledge the staff show when dealing with. We are a community based Sussex business.
